1. CLEC Carrier DSL is assigned to an existing analog telephone number commonly a fax line.
2. No Provider DSL, also known as Dryloop does not require an existing analog telephone number. A suedo number will be assigned to the port for management purposes.  Additional monthly fees apply based on physical location.
3. Plan available to new and existing CYBERLINK customers. One time Port Activation Fee (CLEC $80 / Dryloop $150). Valid Credit Card on file required. Regular price is subject to change. DSL Modem required for connection. Shipping and handling charges may apply. Additional charges may apply if DSL line filters are required.
4. Offer available on new DSL sign-ups only, on a 1 year DSL service agreement to users who have not subscribed to Cyberlink Internet service in the past 90 days. A cancellation fee of $59.95 applies to early cancellation of the EUSA (End User Service Agreement).
